This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to HVAC equipment, parts, air duct cleaning services, mold remediation, UV light installations, labor, and custom-ordered products. Because our services often involve personalized labor, installation, and custom equipment ordering, we are unable to restock or resell used or installed items.
No Cancellations After Purchase
Once a product or service is purchased and payment is received, the order is considered final. Cancellations, changes, or modifications are not permitted once work has begun or equipment has been ordered.
Defective Equipment or Warranty Issues
Although we do not offer returns or refunds, we stand behind the quality of the equipment we install. If a product you received is defective or fails under normal use, it may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will gladly assist you in filing a warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.
